For effective redressal of the grievances of the students and to provide them opportunities for the participation in various Co-curricular activities etc., a Students’ Grievance Box has been installed in the Vidyalayas. The keys of the sealed boxes are to remain with the officer to be nominated by the District Collector who will scrutinize the representations/ issues and problems raised by the students in the first week of every month. This mechanism helps the Headquarter/Regional Office in a correct assessment of the various grievances and timely redressal of the problems and needs of the students.
