Cleanliness is next to Godliness Navodaya Vidyalaya being the temple of "Saraswathi" is one of our paramount responsibilities to ensure that there should be total cleanliness and hygiene in and around the place where we live in.

 We also understand that maintenance of cleanliness is not our duty but a minimum responsibility that we should shoulder. It not only makes the mind purified but also makes it happier. 

 Of course, a happy mind can attend any number of curricular and co-curricular activities in day with full of energy and spirit.

 Besides the daily routine cleaning, the Vidyalaya schedule envisages a weekly schedule of cleaning which is vividly  given as under.

              Sunday/ Holiday Schedule:-

                          Students are divided into different groups.

                                                                                                          Cleaning area is earmarked for each group.

 Under the supervision of Duty Teachers, Students engage in Cleaning of Academic block, Surrounding area, Dining hall, Dormitiries-inside & outside, Lavatories, Gardening etc.    

  An organized House and Class room inspection is conducted and marks are recorded monthly.

  In short, all students and staff feel alike a sort of aesthetic sense and moral spirit to ensure a clean campus.
