About JNV Yanam
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Yanam was established in the year 1987 by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, an autonomous body which comes under the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, New Delhi. Navodaya Vidyalaya is the dream child of late Shri Rajiv Gandhi, the Ex-Prime Minister of India.
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti is a huge tree of education extending its effervescent branches into 596 districts of the country, which breaks out into delicate blossoms of various activities at the beginning of the educational season, and on the blossoms of which, with the passing time kaleidoscopic colours of all round development skills are puffed to produce a good yield of the confident individuals by the end of the academic season.
