Since my joining this vidyalaya on 24/08/2023., I have been working tirelessly 24/7 for the holistic development of the institution and despite sundry sorts of challenges, I have been successful in my endeavor to a great extent. The school has registered remarkable progress on all fronts - academic, sports, mess, and CCA. However, a lot remains to be done.
I have a proven track record in education, with 29 years of experience as a teacher and as an administrator, as a Vice- Principal in assisting the Principal before joining as a Principal. With my strict adherence to discipline, the school has improved a lot. I am happy to announce that in the academic session 2023-24, under my leadership school has achieved 100% results.

Senior authorities from the regional office have also congratulated us for achieving results under my tenure.

As the Principal, I am grateful to NVS HQ New Delhi, NVS RO Patna, the District Magistrate -cum- Chairman VMC West Champaran, parents, dedicated teachers, and staff for their unwavering support. With the encouragement and guidance from NVS Officers, we are steadfastly guiding our school towards achieving excellence. The academic achievements, supportive atmosphere, and enthusiastic attitudes of our students and teachers are commendable.

It's a privilege to lead such a distinguished organization, and I extend my heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to everyone whose support contributes to the success of our school. I look forward to continued cooperation and collective efforts as we strive toward even greater heights. 
I am devoted to Navodaya Institution, I am addressing disciplinary issues, budget constraints, and other operational concerns.
I as the Head of the Institution feel greatly privileged to dedicate myself to creating a positive learning environment where students can excel academically while also supporting the professional growth of the staff and maintaining strong relationships with higher authorities as well as sub- ordinates.
