PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Vrindavan, west Champaran, co-educational residential school and a wing of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, under Ministry of Human Resources & Development, Govt. of India, established in 1986 was shifted to the present place at a distance of 8.5 kms. away from District Head Quarter(Bettiah) West Champaran. It finds a perfect natural phenomenon. The Vidyalaya has been gaining ground by leaps and bounds by dint of a beautiful cordial atmosphere among the staff members and under the able guidance of the Principals, the Vidyalaya has seen so far. It has shown improvement in all sphere - Academic, Games & Sports and Co-curricular activities year-by-year.The Vidyalaya having 36 acres of land ,where play ground , Volley Ball coat, dormitories, Guest House & Separate dining hall in mess for boys and girls , one academic block, Laboratories, Internet & Audio Visual Lab along with bio, physics,chemistry,Computer,Maths Lab & junior science lab, 2 smart labs and one Atal Tinkering Lab is under construction. We also have Skill India Hub center in our school. Gandhi Ashram of this locality enhances the significance of this site. The academic excellence, geographical view and market site of this Vidyalaya has been unique and outstanding. The academic board result of this Vidyalaya has been outstanding. Apart from this students have brought laurels in Fitjee, Engg., Medical, Administration, Management and other Social fields. This school has made a mark in the National Level Theatre Competition, Science Congress, Sports and Literary Activities. Under suitable guidance and torching leadership of dynamic Principal, Sri Hari Lal. This Vidyalaya is progressing by leaps and bounds.
By dint of collective efforts and hard endeavor of all staff members of this Vidyalaya, A Cluster Level Games & Sports Meet was successfully conducted under the chairmanship of Principal, JNV Vrindavan, West Champaran. It was admired by Various Staff of other JNV and Dozens of distinguished guests.
