As a Principal of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Shamshabad District- Vidisha (MP), I feel I am blessed with a noble opportunity of colouring the future of the children around me with positive human values. So that these children futher spread the warmth and joy of positivity in the world where they venture ahead in life.

I feel the students and the Teachers of the school must value the enviorment, chances of growth support and affection that JNV warmly offers to all each day. We encourage our budding talents by giving every child full creative freedom to articulate thoughts and concretize them in to a positive action. we seek not to create miracles but happy, empowered and enriched views. The talents skills and abilities of each student need to be  identified, nurtured and encouraged so that he/ she is able to reach greater heights. It is necessary to empowered them to negotiate several issues that confront them, with the teacher being a facilitator.
