For the new academic session the first general body meeting of parents was conducted on 08/04/2023 at 12 noon. About 300 parents present. SYH TGT kannada welcomed the gathering. Principal G. Beena addressed parents. She explained about the starting of new academic session, declaration of result, completion of              board exams, started classes, academic activities going on in the vidyalaya, function of PTC members etc. Former PTC members expressed full satisfaction and              functioning of vidyalaya in all are as academics, co-curricular, safety, security, health and hygiene etc.                                                                                                                    Selection of PTC members done, 12 Parent representatives 2 from each class (1 gent and 1 lady) selected. 5 teacher representatives also selected from vidyalaya.          First PTC was conducted with all members under the leadership of principal.                                                                                                                                                                PGT Physics post is vacant, school is trying to depute one teacher slowly principal informed. Meeting ended at 2PM.
