Success and smooth functioning of any institution depends upon its proper planning, preparation and presentation of various programmes/activities keeping in view, the available resources, objectives of the institution and time schedule. The aim of preparing this institutional plan(2023-24) for the Vidyalaya, is to utilize all resources efficiently by making judicious distribution of work to each staff member keeping in view his/her knowledge, skill, experience and capacity in order to achieve the objectives envisaged by the Samiti. I have tried my best to prepare this institutional plan by taking valuable suggestions and cooperation from all staff members, in the light of prescribed norms of Samiti. I hope that this institutional plan will infuse vigour and vitality among staff members in discharging their entrusted duties and responsibilities with team spirit in the forthcoming session.

I joined in this vidyalaya on 22thNovember 2022 , since the time I am instrumental in achieving academic excellence , intellectual vibrance , physical and mental development , emotional balance and social adjustment in all students so that they can become a productive citizen of the society and the goals of NVS can be realised .I am thankful to all staff members, parents and higher authorities of Regional Office,NVSand Shillong for extending their direct and indirect valuable support, guidance and suggestions in preparation of this institution planning (2023-24). Any suggestion and guidance will be highly solicited.
