Institution Plan is a planned document prepared before the commencement of a new academic session by every Vidyalaya to realize the goals of organization keeping in view of objectives, felt needs, local resources available and likely to be available, constraints, previous years' feedback from the stake holders and priorities of the NVS. As it is a road map to the institution, all the stake holders such as teachers, parents, students, local community members etc. are to be involved in its preparation. It allows a comprehensive and long term perspective based on a clear assessment and understanding of the JNV activities. Areas like academics, administration, developing physical facilities, community linkage, pace setting activities, campus beautification etc. should find due place in it. It can be used a as document for decentralization of administration through formation of various committees for ensuring participatory management.
