Morning Assembly

Morning Assembly, a formal gathering of heterogeneous class is intended as mini scale of activities throughout day leading for concentration, dedication, acquiring knowledge & information, creativity, alertness, raising self-confidence of students to face the audience. The House Masters/Mistresses and Associate House Masters/Mistresses will ensure that a proper training and rehearsal in modulation of words and sentences to be spoken in the morning assembly are prepared and presented properly. A moral talk is presented by MOD of the day everyday to inculcate values among the students. Even a speech by one student of class XI on rotation basis is included to enhance the communication skill. A book’s review can be organized once in a week so as to enhance language skill.

Theme based activities are planned and conducted from March to December on every week of the month as mentioned below:


(a) Science talent promotion and develop scientific spirit:- 1 st week
(b) Improvement of communication skills:- 2 nd week
(c) IT and team work:- 3 rd week
(d) Promotion of performing Arts:- 4 th week

School morning assembly activities are playing an important role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. These School morning assembly activities can help students to start their day with enthusiasm and motivation.

BHARTIYA BHASHA UTSAV 2023

As directed by the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India, Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav with the theme, ‘भाषाएँ अनेक, भाव एक’ will be conducted for 75 days from 28th September to 11th December, 2023 to promote language learning through the use of regional languages and technology. During this programme, the activities are to be conducted at all levels i.e., the schools, BRCs/CRCs/Panchayats, districts (including at the DIETs), state and national level to build up the momentum for the grand finale Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav on 11th December, the Janma Jayanti of the great nationalist Tamil poet Subramania Bharati, who was popularly known as “Mahakavi Bharati”, a freedom fighter and a social reformer in Tamil Nadu.
