Hearty welcome to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Amba-Partur, Dist. Jalna (Maharashtra)  which has completed 38 glorious years of its excellence in education using a perfect blend of traditional approach with global vision very much required for rural masses of India. It is a co-educational residential school fully financed and administered by the ministry of HRD. Govt. of India through an autonomous organization called Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. It not only intended to provide good quality modern education to the talented children predominantly belonging to the rural area but also aimed to materialize exceptional objectives like national integration through students’ migration, to act as pace-setters to bridge the rural urban disparity in education horizon.

            This laudable scheme of unique education system is the brain-child of the Hon’ble former Prime Minister, Late Shri. Rajiv Gandhi, whose strong desire was to make quality education available to the talented rural children, who would otherwise do not have access to good quality education in remote far flung rural areas.

            As a follow up of the National policy of Education (2020), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was set up at Amba-Partur in Jalna District on 15.12.1987 where the blessings of Goddess Amba and Goddess Bageshwari are showered always.  Since its inception, by the grace of Amba almighty the Vidyalaya imparts good quality modern education, ensure that the students attain a reasonable level of competency.

            We are so firm and committed to ensure all round development of a child to facilitate him to cope up with the advanced trends in education as well as to face the new challenges of the world. Training one’s mind is to understand that it is hard work alone which helps to accomplish and fulfill our dreams. Let us learn to differentiate between hard work and stress. Let us lead stress free lives by finding joy in strenuous efforts. No doubt, our relentless endeavor and untired and unvarnished efforts would nurture the future of hundreds of young buds of this Vidyalaya.

            Over the last two and a half decades, we have made this temple of SARASWATI from sweat, labour, dedication and commitment.  We have woken up day and night, sacrificed our material pleasures, cut-short our sleep and have faced due or undue anger of our students as well as parents for their total welfare.  We have followed the principal ethics and moral values set by our predecessors and ancestors who sat in the lap of nature and did austerity for years together.
