Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Panikoili Jajpur is an epitome of Excellency in the District Jajpur. Our motto is “Come to learn go to serve”. Ours aim is to prepare students to face upcoming challenges of 21st Century which demands understanding, skills and application strategies for the increasingly competitive and global world for which due care has been taken while preparing institutional plan of action.
Adopting process – based learning approach in the class room where teacher and learners work as co-actors, students active participation in co-curricular activities, sports & games, AKAM, EBSB, KHAN ACADEMY, Citizen Awakening different Olympiads have been meticulously studied and incorporated in the institutional planning by merging the institutional goal with organizational goal as a step in NEP 2020.
I wish this institutional planning is concrete step to reach our goal as per Annual Pedagogical plan.

Special feature of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Panikoili, Jajpur viz the only school of Odisha running Online Spoken Tutorial project for +1 and +2 classes being run by IIT Bombay and joining hands with the initiative of the “Talk to a Teacher” activity of the National Mission on Education through ICT(NMEICT) launched by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Govt. of India to promote IT literacy through Open Source Software which open the scope of self paced effective learning among heterogeneous group of learners. Another feature of this Vidyalaya is its attachment with Tony Blair Institute for Global Change of UK which provides ample scope for the students to interact online with top educationist and students of the world on selected topics and gets their learning converted into professionalism. We are also working on an innovative approach of Mind Mapping duly recognized by NCERT through which students become more Creative, Critical and Collaborative. Karta NGO linked with vidyalaya to motivate the students and guide them for professional growth.
Our commitment on holistic approach where each learner finds identity, meaning and purpose through connection to the natural world with spiritual values, keeps the flame of learning alive.
