As a Principal of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Baruasagar, District- Jhansi, I extend my heartiest welcome to one and all.  Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Baruasagar, Dist. Jhansi has proved itself as distinguished in the District in the matter of academics and producing best citizens of the country and good human beings, this could be done only with the immense dedication of teachers and rest of the staff who adopted majors which were not different but implemented differently on the over all education of the students.  This begun with the day the student entered the Vidyalaya total endeavour of teachers and staff is to help the student to make him/her feel comfortable as he/she does in his own home and gradually the things goes on small steps like making the student Vidyalaya friendly (socialization), teaching how to dine in the Mess, how to engage himself/herself in all extra curricular activities and these small steps alongwith the excellent education (which inculcates all components of teaching learning like from classroom to online smart classes with proper use of IT).  The days passes the student find himself totally involved in all the activities of the Vidyalaya keep on refining his/her personality which means the day when he/she passes out find themselves ready to face all the challenges of life, pave their ways to the success.
