The foundation of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Gautam Buddha Nagar was laid down in 1988. The Vidyalaya campus covers around 28.3 acres. The Vidyalaya buildings include the Academic Block, student hostels and staff Quarters and two playgrounds for boys and girls including 400 meter racing track. The academic buildings including several classrooms are linked by a computer network. Vidyalya has two Smart Labs with high speed internet connection.The widespread use of email and an intranet system shrinks the distances and keeps staff, students and administration in quick and easy contact with one another. The Vidyalaya is surrounded by the trees and farming land. The Vidyalaya is well connected to NH-34 and only 30km away from Gautam Buddha International Circuit.
