JawaharNavodayaVidyalayas (JNVs) are leading district level and nationwide schools. JNV Diu provides a free lodging, boarding and education to students. Total student strength is 346 (1st April, 2020). There are total 6 dormitories for students. They accommodate more than 300 students. The dormitories are very old and shabby. Therefore, three new dormitories are being constructed for commotion of 284 students. The staff quarters had already been renovated during 2018.

Playgrounds are play structures that link many different pieces of equipment.The air was cold and wind was strong. I could feel the hairs on my body raise as the cold wind hit my face as I sat on a swing in the local playground. Small children were playing on the various, colorful, play equipment, as their parents kept a watchful eye on them. The noise of dogs barking at each other playfully as they chased each other in circles almost drowned out the cries of a baby whose mum was too busy talking to her friends to notice the baby had lost its dummy.

E-Class is an attempt to encourage quality learning and help the process of learning by making it effective and engaging in innovative ways. At E-Class we have developed solutions and delivery platforms that enrich teaching and learning experience. The main aim is to go beyond the traditional black and white textbook approach and connect technology with education. Content:- The content is developed keeping in mind the teaching pattern of the teachers and is as per the state board syllabus. It has rich visuals and animations to explain each chapter in detail.
