The role of school is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive members of an ever-changing global society. At JNV, Ludhiana we provide an atmosphere to our students for multifaceted development where children pursue their excellence. This is possible in holistic atmosphere. The talent, skills and abilities of each student need to be identified, nurtured and encouraged to enable them to reach greater heights. They are in JNV provided a platform to think, express and exhibit their latent talent. It is rightly said “A dream becomes a goal when action is taken towards it‘s achievement”. While academic excellence is our major thrust we also try to groom the students to face the challenge of life and pursue their goals. We also encourage them to be socially relevant. We try to inculcate moral values amongst our students by conducting and involving them in various activities of residential set up. Being a residential school, students remain with us for twenty four hours and learn from the activities of our staff. So, our teachers also try to live up the ideology and aim to ensure that children grow to their full potential. The school’s genuine concern ensures student’s emotional growth along with intellectual excellence. This empowers them to develop their self esteem, self awareness and self confidence.
