PESTALOZZI

Pestalozzi International Village, a charity in England offers International Baccalaureate Diploma at Hastings College of Art & Technology for NVS students as scholarship. As on date we have sent 33 students of JNVs to England under this programme, who are getting modern and quality education, mostly free of cost by getting scholarships to embark on careers in different professions in countries like Germany, France, Britain, Spain, America etc.

 

  • Pestalozzi and the Partner wish to work together in India to select and recruit students who meet the Student Selection Criteria.
  • This MoU is intended to outline the relationship between Pestalozzi and the Partner so that each of the parties understands what is expected of them.
  • This MoU does not create a legal partnership between the Partner and Pestalozzi.
  • Pestalozzi may use more than one partner in India and the appointment of a Partner shall not restrict Pestalozzi's entitlement to market and promote its scholarships in India without the involvement of the Partner.

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVYP)

The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVYP) is an on-going National Program of Fellowship in Basic Sciences, initiated and funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India to attract exceptional & highly motivated students for pursuing basic science courses and research career in science.

The objective of the program is to identify students with talent and aptitude for research; help them realize their academic potential; encourage them to take up research careers in Science, and ensure the growth of the best scientific minds for research and development in the country.

  • A Non-profit Organization in the process of transitioning to a charitable entity
  • Partnering with Tata Trusts to extend and deepen the impact on equitable access to quality education.

Pilot Mentorship Program ( Rural India)

  • Mission is to transform the educational and professional outcomes of brilliant students
  • Focuses on widening access to world class tertiary education for exceptional talent from developing and emerging countries
  • Programs is a point of significant inequality due to numerous barriers, besides financial means.
  • Admission demands knowledge, exposure and ability in numerous areas.  
  • These are relevant for professional and vocational success, and critical for employability in a global, competitive marketplace
  • The program is working with academically gifted students from rural India to develop these skills, deepen exposure to tertiary and post-education opportunities,  and ultimately support informed decisions on their future.

  • The program is underpinned by a vision of improved social mobility through talent pools with the knowledge, passion, and exposure to drive India’s inclusive and sustainable development.  

  • Started in 2015, supported by a diverse set of individuals and organizations located across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America.
  • Karta's Advisorsensure the Initiative remains mission-driven.  In collaboration with Professor Orazio Attanasio (University College London) Karta is researching  the relationship between international higher education and social mobility
