NEP 2020 emphasizes to recognize, identify and foster the unique capabilities of each student to achieve 360 degree holistic development. Navodaya Vidyalaya Mohanpur aims at achieving all round development of students not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive members of an ever changing global society. Believing in harmonious growth of children the staff put equal emphasis on academics, sports, life skills and values. Our students participate in a plethora of activities ranging from literary activities, dance, drama, sports to environmental conservation programmes. 

In this journey we seek the support of all stakeholders viz. parents, society and community members towards a common mission to prepare our children to be productive citizens of the 21st century. Teachers are selected through All India exams and undergo constant training to upgrade their knowledge so as to meet the demands of the relentlessly changing world. As stated by our mentors in the changed scenario I as a Principal play the role of pedagogical leader and teachers here are facilitators and resource providers.
