Migration - Exchange program of 30% of students at Class-IX level for a year between linked JNVs from different linguistic regions is an important feature of the Samiti to promote National Integration. This scheme provides for implementation of the Three Language Formula.

The third language is taught in Hindi speaking districts and is linked with the migration of students. In the Hindi speaking districts, the third language taught in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas is the Language of the 30% students migrated to that JNV from Non-Hindi Regions.

This language is compulsory for all. In the Non-Hindi Regions, Navodaya Vidyalayas follow the normal Three Language Formula i.e. Regional Language, Hindi and English.

प्रवासन - विभिन्न भाषाई क्षेत्रों से जुड़े JNVs के बीच एक वर्ष के लिए कक्षा- IX स्तर पर 30% छात्रों का विनिमय कार्यक्रम राष्ट्रीय एकता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए समिति की एक महत्वपूर्ण विशेषता है। यह योजना थ्री लैंग्वेज फॉर्मूला के कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रदान करती है। तीसरी भाषा हिंदी भाषी जिलों में पढ़ाई जाती है और छात्रों के प्रवास से जुड़ी होती है। हिंदी भाषी जिलों में, जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय में पढ़ाया जाने वाला तीसरी भाषा गैर-हिंदी क्षेत्रों से उस जेएनवी में स्थानांतरित 30% छात्रों की भाषा है। यह भाषा सभी के लिए अनिवार्य है। गैर-हिंदी क्षेत्रों में, नवोदय विद्यालय सामान्य तीन भाषा फॉर्मूला यानी क्षेत्रीय भाषा, हिंदी और अंग्रेजी का अनुसरण करते हैं।
