Academic Supervision

The  Principal and senior most teacher will prepare the time table of academic, MOD duties, remedial, supervised and holiday duties, and weekly off in time. Principal will observe at least three periods within a week and observations to be submitted to the Principal even the correction of note books should be supervised by preparing time table.

Assembly Programme

Respective language teachers will prepare the students for outstanding performance in morning assembly. They will check content and sing.

Examination

CBSE I/C will look after all CBSE related matters within time and make the proper arrangement to conduct the CBSE examination.

CCA Department

CCA In-Charge will prepare a plan of CCA activities well in advance. He will discuss with the Principal for the celebration and conducting the various CCA activities. Mr. Raghbendra Singh(TGT Music) will maintain all the records and will send the details about the CCA programme to the Regional Office, For publicity TGT (Assamese) will prepare the news in Assamese and TGT (Hindi) in Hindi Language.

School Innovation Council

SIC Committee shall conduct the activities as according to SIC Calendar and submit report. Establish and strengthening  the Ideation, Innovation  & Entrepreneurship (IIE) Ecosystem in Vidyalaya.

Staff nurse will take care the health and hygiene, testing of food and committee members will suggest to the I/C in monthly meeting for required changes with consultation of their respective houses students.  CA will maintain all stock register and meeting registers.

In-Charge will arrange career guidance counseling programme every month by consulting eminent personalities in the field of   Trade, Manufacturing, Agriculture and Engineering and maintain records.

Development of English & Hindi Communication Skill

2.   Language Teachers

 

Committee will make efforts for the development of communication skill for which they will conduct the seminar during the morning assembly, will give at least 200 sentences, words and tenses for better communication and they will keep close watch on the communication of the students.

Atal Tinkering Lab

In-Charge with members will develop the Atal Tinkering Lab and utilise fully for promoting creativity, innovation, research, critical thinking and scientific attitude among the students. Record to be maintained and to be submitted to the Principal.

Local Purchase Committee & PVC

Chairman of the committee will appoint sub-committee on rotation basis to check the quality of goods purchased by the Vidyalaya and the   purchase committee will complete the purchase procedure in time.

Annual M &R and petty repairs

The committee will call the meetings quarterly and they will identify areas for M &R works during  the next meeting the M&R work will be reviewed and initiate steps will be taken off to complete the pending M&R work. The committee will make efforts to utilise allotted fund by NVS.

Resource Room, Audio-Visual Equipments(TV,VCR,TR & PA System)

Both PETs will prepare the students for Cluster, Regional and National Sports and Games activities.

Safety & Security & Discipline Committee

In-Charge with the committee members will follow the disciplinary cases procedure and such cases to be submitted to the Principal for further course of action and record to be maintained. For safety and security of the students the hazard places to be brought to the notice of the principal and action to be initiated.

Medical, Health & Hygiene

Staff nurse with the committee members will make a plan for health check up camp quarterly and staff nurse will supervise cleanliness of the toilets and bathrooms of dormitories and academic block to ensure health and hygiene of the students.

House Inspection Committee

Every Saturday at 5:15 PM, committee will make the inspection of the boys and girls dormitories and report to be submitted to the Principal and position to be declared by giving grading in the morning assembly on every Monday.

Grievance Box

In-Charge with the members will open the grievance box on Saturday, will discuss on the issues , record the issues , inform the issues to the students in the morning assembly and resolve the issues with consultation of Principal. Details to be recorded .

In-Charge with the members will see the matters related to the Rajbhasha and they will conduct seminars quarterly even they will call the Rajbhasha meeting monthly for the development of Rajbhasha Hindi and ensure that at least 10% letters should be sent from the Vidyalaya office in Hindi monthly.
