I take this opportunity to write with my heartfelt feeling that education is the living process of eternal transformation of biological man into civilised human being. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are run by an autonomous organization called Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.  It is a residential institution providing quality education to the talented students from class 6th to 12th predominantly from rural areas in each district of the country.

In the light of National Education Policy 2020, on one hand this institution provides experiential teaching and learning through modern technologies and on the other hand it organises various co-scholastic activities to promote effective communication skill and to inculcate values and disposition.

Based upon the messages like विद्या ददाति विनयम्, सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः तथा वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम,

 this institution throws adequate light on all aspects of physical, cognitive, mental, intellectual, socio- emotional and moral & spiritual development of the students so that they can becomes a responsible citizen.  

 Teachers are upgraded and updated with the modern techniques of pedagogy and the needs of the hour through various training in offline and online mode. Students are imparted proper counseling for mental well-being and various career related guidance to choose different professional/vocational courses for further studies in accordance with their interest, aptitude, skills, efficiency etc.  Apart from this, the feeling of unity in diversity of India is nourished and nurtured by programs like Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and unity and integrity of the nation is strengthened through migration policy. At home as well as in Board examinations the performances of students are extremely pretty well. Yog and other sports/games activities are providing better opportunities to each student supplemented with continuous efforts to develop various life skills.

I hope and believe that the valuable cooperation and experiences of all the teachers will give impetus to the holistic development of the student's personality and the school will be able to achieve countless levels of success and glory and students will bring a lot of laurels
