About Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Seoni
On 20th December 2020, we are going to be 34 years old school. The foundation stone was laid by Smt. Vimla Verma, Hon'ble Minister of Parliament laid the foundations stone on 20th December 1986. JNV Kanhiwara in district Seoni M.P. synonm with "MOGLI LAND" nests in lush green campus coveriing an area of 30 Acre. It houses hostels for biys & girls, Staff quaters, Spacious multipurpose hall, Seperate dinning hall for boys & girls, Academic block, dispencary, Office, Staff room, Maths Park, Labs, Smart Class Room, beautiful playgrounds, Atal tinkering lab for young innovators & open Gym play area for children with Swings, See-Saw & Slides.
The nearest airport is Dr. Ambedkar, Nagpur which is 120 kms, the nearest bus station is 25 kms at the district head quater Seoni & the Seoni railway station is under renovation presently from the school. The school is linked with JNV Hassan, Karnataka as a migration school under National Integration Policy. The school takes pride having strong alumni of 03 decades. The school also takes pride in building professionals, Social Workers, teachers & Administrators in all these years.
