The 20th Dec, 1986 was the most auspicious day when the foundation stone of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya,  Sambhal was laid down by Hon Shri  the then & present Chief Minister of  Pradesh. The school campus covers around 27.4 acres of forested hillside with its buildings connected by steep and windy paths and offering spectacular views at every turn. These buildings include the beautiful old Quad, the modern state of art infrastructure and the newly-refurbished student hostels and staff houses. The academic buildings including several classrooms are linked by a computer network. The widespread use of email and an intranet system shrinks the distances and keeps staff, students and administration in quick and easy contact with one another. The Vidyalaya is surrounded by the grove of pine trees on the main Sambhal- Delhi Noida  Highway (NH-24), at sambhal. The school is located in front of NTPC Power Plant Narora Dist. Bulandshahr U.P

20 दिसंबर, 1986 सबसे शुभ दिन था जब जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय, संभल की आधारशिला माननीय श्री तत्कालीन द्वारा रखी गई थी। वर्तमान मुख्यमंत्री स्कूल का परिसर लगभग 27.4 एकड़ के वनों से घिरा हुआ है, जिसकी इमारतें खड़ी और घुमावदार रास्तों से जुड़ी हैं और हर मोड़ पर शानदार दृश्य प्रस्तुत करती हैं। इन इमारतों में सुंदर पुराना क्वाड, आधुनिक बुनियादी ढांचे की आधुनिक स्थिति और नए बने छात्र हॉस्टल और स्टाफ हाउस शामिल हैं। कई कक्षाओं सहित शैक्षणिक भवनों को एक कंप्यूटर नेटवर्क द्वारा जोड़ा जाता है। ईमेल और एक इंट्रानेट प्रणाली का व्यापक उपयोग दूरियों को सिकोड़ता है और कर्मचारियों, छात्रों और प्रशासन को एक दूसरे के साथ त्वरित और आसान संपर्क में रखता है। विद्यालय, सम्भल में मुख्य सम्भल- दिल्ली नोएडा राजमार्ग (NH-24) पर देवदार के पेड़ों के ढेर से घिरा हुआ है। स्कूल एनटीपीसी पावर प्लांट नरोरा जिला के सामने स्थित है।
