All the committee functionaries are to ensure the smooth functioning of their committees, in every way with the regular maintenance of concerned records, and submission of weekly/ monthly report as per rules and guidelines given. Coordinators and I/Cs are to monitor the active particulars of other members of the committees, so as to make all the committees highly effective. Any kind of lackadaisical or casual approach on the part of any of the members is not to be appreciated at any stage.
