Learning : The Treasure Within  

     The last few decades have witnessed a multifaceted scientific and technological growth, that has ushered in a fast-moving life style in the society. Competition between individuals, groups, societies and nations have radiated a kind of tension all around. to cope with this emergent situation, educational processes have faced enormous strain with no choice but to compromise on certain values that have been the foundations of the educational edifice since the time immemorial. The on slaught of the info-tech processes have indeed, added another dimension to the arena where

 the pace has become significant and relevant along with the quality and quantity of information handled. it provides an index to the shape of things emerging in the future.

     Empirical date appears to suggest that residential education programmes facilitate promotion of creativity to a greater extent and students learning are found to be more creative and innovative. Navodaya Vidyalayas being residential in nature and implementing innovation through various wings functioning in the campus are providing more conducive climate for encouraging creativity among the students so as to mould them into a wholesome personality. What is required at the moment to achieve excellence is a value-oriented school climate supported with the skill developing programmes where students could share the major part. The motto 'Come to learn & go to Serve' could only be realized when the whole team endeavors to reach the goal with their integrity intact.

     Lets not forget that we are links of a great past to a grand future. The endeavors made and the pain taken to develop this website is indeed a trail blazer and a milestone in the history of the Vidyalaya.

     Last but not the least, my thanks are due to  Dr. C. Hari Babu  Hon'ble Dy. Commissioner,  for his initiatives, Sh. S. K. Pandey, Asstt. commissioner and Cluster In-charge  for his valuable guidance and co-ordination,            Mr. Kishor Kumar Pratihasta, PGT (Computer Science) for his untiring effort to bring the idea to a shape, and all the participants who had to work hard in this modest exercise.
