Morning Assembly, a formal gathering of heterogeneous class is intended as mini scale of activities throughout day leading for concentration, dedication, acquiring knowledge & information, creativity, alertness, raising self-confidence of students to face the audience. The House Masters/Mistresses and Associate House Masters/Mistresses will ensure that a proper training and rehearsal in modulation of words and sentences to be spoken in the morning assembly are prepared and presented properly. A moral talk is presented by MOD of the day everyday to inculcate values among the students. Even a speech by one student of class XI on rotation basis is included to enhance the communication skill. A book’s review can be organized once in a week so as to enhance language skill.

Assembly Presentation by house on weekly rotation

           The assembly may have various activities like Prayer, Pledge, Silence, Speech, thought for the day, News, Quiz, Community song, importance of the day any  interesting and valuable information.

            The Vidyalaya player should be recited with dedicated and emotion by the students. Music teacher should ensure the rhythm and melody in the prayer and community song.

            The subsequent activities are to be properly worded and modulated. The content in the speech is too edited properly. MOD should invariable address the morning assembly.    

            The minimum time frame for activities of morning assembly should have maximum effect or the minds of the stake holders.

            Total minimum time frame for activities of morning is 20 minutes. It is desirable to conduct assembly in all the three languages by turn. The PETs, Music Teacher, the house master of the house on duty and duty master will ensure that activities are performed within the time limit and students leave the assembly to the respective class rooms in proper marching in tune with the drum beat.
