मैं 08.06.2020 को नवोदय विद्यालय समिति, लखनऊ क्षेत्र के उपायुक्त के रूप में शामिल हुआ। मुझे गर्व महसूस होता है कि मैंने इस क्षेत्र में प्रधान और सहायक आयुक्त के रूप में काफी लंबे समय तक काम किया था। अपने व्यक्तिगत अनुभव और प्रतिक्रिया से मैं देख सकता था कि इस क्षेत्र में छात्रों में बहुत अधिक क्षमताएँ हैं और कर्मचारी प्रतिभाशाली हैं। मुझे यह महसूस करने में कोई संकोच नहीं है कि लखनऊ क्षेत्र उत्तर प्रदेश के 74 जिलों और उत्तराखंड के 12 जिलों के ग्रामीण प्रतिभाशाली बच्चों की शैक्षिक आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिए सबसे अधिक विशिष्ट और महान क्षेत्र है। मैं समिति के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए पूरे समर्पण और कर्मचारियों के निरंतर समर्थन की तलाश करता हूं। सभी क्षेत्रों में योजना के लिए एक दिशा की आवश्यकता होती है जो प्रधानाचार्यों से आती है। सक्रिय, स्नेही दिन प्रति दिन निरंतर भागीदारी, निगरानी, ​​पर्यवेक्षण थोड़ा सहानुभूति और मानवीय दृष्टिकोण के साथ मिलाया जाता है, सिर द्वारा सकारात्मकता के साथ मार्गदर्शन निश्चित रूप से न केवल सबसे अच्छा उदाहरण सेट करता है, बल्कि मार्गदर्शक बल के रूप में भी कार्य करता है और कार्यों के बारे में संदेश भेजता है। छात्र और जन्मजात शैक्षणिक माहौल की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए वह स्टाफ से उम्मीद करता है। आप सराहना करेंगे कि कोई भी युद्ध अकेले जनरलों द्वारा नहीं जीता जा सकता है। उन्हें सैनिकों और रक्षा उपकरणों की जरूरत है। मुझे विश्वास है कि समर्पित टीम के काम के साथ, हम अकादमिक उत्कृष्टता और सुरक्षित स्कूल वातावरण प्राप्त करना सुनिश्चित कर रहे हैं। छात्रों के समग्र विकास के लिए उपलब्ध संसाधनों और बुनियादी सुविधाओं का अधिकतम उपयोग सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए। हमें विद्यालय की संपत्ति की सुरक्षा करनी चाहिए और अधिक से अधिक पेड़ लगाकर परिसर का सौंदर्यीकरण करना चाहिए। मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप छात्रों की सुरक्षा और सुरक्षा पर अधिक ध्यान देंगे। मैं जेएनवी के उन प्रधानाचार्यों और कर्मचारियों के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करता हूं, जिन्होंने महामारी COVID-19 के दौरान पूरी ईमानदारी से काम किया है और राष्ट्र के हित के लिए दिन-रात काम कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि हमारे कई NNV को संगरोध केंद्र और अस्थायी अस्पताल बना दिया गया है और सभी सावधानियों की उम्मीद करते हैं उनके द्वारा लिया जाएगा। मैं आपके प्रयासों में आप सभी को शानदार सफलता की कामना करता हूं।

  I have joined as Deputy Commissioner of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Lucknow Region on 08.06.2020. I feel proud that I had worked in this Region for quite long time as Principal and Assistant Commissioner. From my personal experience and feedback I could observe that students in this region have a lot of potentialities and staff are talented. I feel no hesitation in asserting that Lucknow Region is one of the most elite and noble Regions of Samiti catering to the educational needs of rural talented children of 74 districts of Uttar Pradesh and 12 districts of Uttarakhand. 

             I seek wholehearted dedication and continous support of staff for achieving the goals of Samiti. Planning in all spheres require a direction which comes from the Principals. The active, affectionate day to day continous involvement, monitoring, supervision mixed with a little empathy and human approach, guidance with positivity by the head certainly sets not only the best example, but also functions as a guiding force and sends a message about the tasks expected fromt he staff for ensuring the safety and security of student and congenial academic atmosphere. You will appreciate that no war can be won by Generals alone. They need soldiers and defence equipments. I am confident that with the dedicated team work, we are sure to achieve academic excellence and safe school environment. Maximum utilization of available resources and infrastructure for the overall development of students must be ensured. We should safeguard the vidyalaya property and beautify the campus by planting more and more trees. I hope you will pay more attention towards Safety and Security of students. 

           I convey my gratitude to the Principals and staff of JNVs who have worked wholeheartedly during pandemic COVID-19 and despite hurdles have been working day and night for the cause of Nation as many our JNVs have been made Quarantine Centres and Temporary Hospitals and hope all precautions will be taken  by them.
