Being with children and being a teacher is my most beloved enjoyment. For past many years I have got the opportunity to interact and engage with hundreds of students from different levels, stratas, culture, region taste capacity and skills. Most astonishing fact is that all of them have got one thing in common- true respect for teachers or guru, though there is lot of changes today in ways of life, values and outlook. Common aspirations and concerted efforts by all can bring the rural children as the most productive resource. Doing and enjoying is , what I think , the best way to work in where ever and what ever capacity one may be. Finding satisfaction is not impossible if one puts oneself completely into an action or work.This is what I advocate to my children. Looking back from this end I can see only hopes and success which I would show the pass down.
बच्चों के साथ रहना और शिक्षक बनना मेरा सबसे प्रिय आनंद है। पिछले कई वर्षों से, मुझे विभिन्न स्तरों, स्तरों, संस्कृतियों, क्षेत्रों के स्वाद क्षमता और कौशल के सैकड़ों छात्रों के साथ बातचीत करने और जुड़ने का अवसर मिला है। सबसे आश्चर्यजनक तथ्य यह है कि उन सभी में एक बात समान है- शिक्षकों या गुरु के प्रति सच्चा सम्मान, हालाँकि आज जीवन के तरीकों, मूल्यों और दृष्टिकोण में बहुत सारे बदलाव हैं। आम आकांक्षाएं और सभी के सम्मिलित प्रयास ग्रामीण बच्चों को सबसे अधिक उत्पादक संसाधन ला सकते हैं। मुझे लगता है कि करना और आनंद लेना, किसी भी समय और किसी भी क्षमता में काम करने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति अपने आप को पूरी तरह से कार्य या काम में लगाता है तो संतुष्टि पाना असंभव नहीं है। मैं अपने बच्चों के लिए यही वकालत करता हूं। इस छोर से पीछे मुड़कर देखने पर मुझे केवल आशा और सफलता दिखाई देती है जिसे मैं पास डाउन दिखाऊंगा।

Education has now wonderfully changed from teacher centered to leaner centered, from conventional to exploring and self enquiring, from chalk and talk to electronic means. Mordern students are empowered with mordern means of acquring knowledge and skills. The vast ocean of knowledge is now opened for students through internet and thus learning is marvellously turned into automatic accumulation of information, thanks to the wonders of mordern means of electronic age. The entire gamut of education and skill development has become unscalably infinite and limitless.
But at the same time, the inherent and the latent qualities or potentials, which may not be identified and tapped due to mordern life patterns and demands, are ignored or consiously left. The cognitive domain chairs predominate, whereas affective, psycho-motor and aesthetic domains are unawakened. This has deep impact in the personal and the social life of children. The erosion of values at present in the society is to a great extent because of comfortable ignorance of equally important aspects of human inherent qualities.
