Lab is accorded with various types of Instruments. Students are keenly interested to attend and execute related tasks to enrich their practical knowledge. Classes from IX to XII attend at least one practical class in a week.

The general chemistry laboratory is designed to support and illustrate chemical concepts studied in the lecture portion of the course, as well as to introduce important laboratory techniques and encourage analytical thinking. The school dining room provides nourishing, healthy meals to the students. The school chefs design the menu, keeping in mind the needs and desires of the children. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are served and the students often play an active part in menu planning. The school is very particular about cultural and religious sentiments and neither pork nor beef are ever served. There are five employees under the supervision of a Catering Assistant to meet the Kitchen requirements.

The school provides residential facilities for boys and girls on campus. All the hostels are well appointed and have all the facilities that help the children live and grow in an environment that they can identify as their home. Trained staff members, including a housemistress and a housemaster, along with a whole range of support staff, are entrusted with the well being of the children and to ensure that the needs of our pupils are fully met. The school places much emphasis on the importance of students taking responsibility for themselves, and for each other, within a very carefully supervised framework.

A Library is a treasure house of knowledges, a good library is of great importance in a school. Our Vidyalaya Library has huge collections of books on various subjects. In the Library, there are different types of books, magazines, periodicals and newspapers available for reading. The students benefit a lot from the vidyalaya library. They can increase their knowledge by reading different books on various topics. Thus a good library is an asset to a school as it is a store house of information .As in all other schools, we also have a good Library in our academic building. It is housed in a big hall in first floor of the academic building. There are about 11710 books in the Library out of them 3000 Hindi, 2500 Punjabi and subject wise books

Practical Knowledge is essential for everybody in each and every field in our life. Mathematics is one of the most important and useful subject. Mathematics is no longer an abstract things completely. Its practical aspect is experienced in every step in our life. That’s why Junior Mathematics lab has been developed in our vidyalaya. Students from class VI to XII are passionately fond of mathematics lab and they are highly benefited through practical activity in this lab. Some instruments like 1. Abacus 2. Different Charts 3. Calculating Devices 4. Magnetic disc 5. Dummy Clock 6. Thermometer 7. Meter scale 8. Instrument Box 9. Calculation device of Pie and many more device are available in Junior Mathematics Lab.

“P” is for physicst which is what Daady is………………….. One of the important subject of the science stream is…….. As we Know practical aspect is always demanded to clarify theoretical part clearly. Games and Sports are encouraged in JNVs to develop fitness, physical and neuromuscular skills and to promote the spirit of cooperation and sportsman. Apart from the same, young talents are identified at an early stage and are helped to excel in their chosen field by specialized coaching through PETs / SAI Coaches at selected venues. Samiti organizes school level, cluster level, regional level and national level competitions in sports and games every year. Specialized courses like, Archery, Judo and Gymnastic are also encouraged in some of the JNVs situated in the tribal areas of the country where the same are popular sports. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti is a state under School Games Federation of India and the Navodaya National teams compete with other state teams under SGFI banner. The progress made by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti on sports front is commendable.
