Dr. Surendra Prasad Tripathi presently working as Principal at JNV Patehara Kalan Mirzapur, would like to submit following details regarding my service in field of education. I am belong to a simple farmer family, I joined Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti on 15^th June 1989. Since 1989 I am working for an academic development of students and always awaring them about the school responsibilities. I am fully devoted and dedicated for the uplifment of the vidyalaya and development of students. I work in different JNVs i.e. Nagaland, Meghalaya, and Uttar Pradesh. I have worked as in-charge Principal in 20 Navodaya Vidyalayas. The duties of NCC Officer, scout officer also performed by me in JNV Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh. I have attended the Jamboree camp Madrash, scout Asian conference at Delhi and scout tracking camp at Manali and scout camp at Panchmari M.P. and presently the appreciation certificate issued by the District Magistrate, SDM, DEO , Dy.SP and ZILA PANCHAYAT ADHYAKSHA for the devotion and dedication of my duties performed during covid-19, which is enclosed over all I have fully utilized my potential for the development of the vidyalaya. In addition to above appreciation letter was issued by the District Magistrate Deoria, SDM Azamgarh, SDM Varanasi, District Magistrate Ghazipur, SDM Sant Kabir Nagar and Deputy Commissioner NVS Lucknow region give an appreciation certificate regarding performance of duties and have published 5 books and 10 magazines . It is also to bring under your notice that 15 acres of land of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Surankot, Poonch, that was allegedly captured by the others since 22 years, by my continuous and hard efforts, it was finally again came in the custody of Vidyalaya. Also the boundary wall of Vidyalaya that was not constructed, it was finally constructed by the sanctioned amount of 2 crores from the Samiti and for this good effort of mine, District Magistrate of Poonch had given me certificate of appreciation and all the documents of appreciation. I am hereby uploading it wherever demanded. It is also to be noted that deprived and deserving child for the JNV, as per the norms, I made a lot of efforts to give them the best education facilities through this govt. institution for their better future. And finally on 03/03/2022, I have joined Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Patehara Kalan, Mirzapur after being transferred from Poonch with a grand interactive meeting with Block Development Officer along with the maximum participation of the parents to give good push and make the JNVST 2022 more effective with maximum participation of deserving candidate for their better future. The result of High school and Intermediate board examination for the academic session 2021-22 is 100% passed. Many students are selected in administrative posts, doctors, engineer and various fields of social and academic due to my guidance and counseling, this is on behalf of that’s students feedback. I am satisfied with my work culture.
