Children resemble plants which are full of possibilities. Our aim is to help these possibilities of children come to fruition. We have to provide such opportunities to the students so that their all round development can happen, so that they can ensure their place in this competitive era and contribute to the progress of the nation by upgrading their personal lives.  

                  To fulfill this objective, we need to develop the school as a place where students can have a flexible and inspiring environment for learning, as well as creation, innovation and development of diverse skills. From this point of view, the physical environment of the school also cannot be ignored. Therefore beautification of the school campus is also necessary. In a good emotional and physical environment, students will progress in self-discipline and achieve intellectual highness in various fields of knowledge and will be able to make their fundamental contribution.

             The dream will come true only when every member of the school will strive for it. Today's student is living in the era of technology and is not only impressed but also well acquainted. It is the responsibility of the teachers to turn this knowledge and influence in a positive direction and to ensure its good use in the field of learning.Teachers should make students loyal to moral values alongside  the teaching-learning process by maintaining balance with technology. They should not be limited to the theoretical aspect of knowledge and bring it into their practice and express this knowledge. Cooperation of parents and society is also expected in achieving this objective.  Mission of the vidyalaya and its inmates should go hand in hand to get the best.

                                                                                                                                    प्राचार्य का संदेश

बच्चे पौधों के सदृश होते हैं जो संभावनाओं से परिपूर्ण होते हैं| हमारा उद्देश्य बच्चों की इन्हीं संभावनाओं को फलित होने में सहायता करना है|हमें छात्रों को ऐसे अवसर प्रदान करने हैं जिससे उनका सर्वांगीण विकास हो सके| ताकि वे इस प्रतिस्पर्धी युग में अपना स्थान सुनिश्चित कर सकें और व्यक्तिगत जीवन को उन्नत करते हुए राष्ट्र की उन्नति में योगदान दे सकें|

            इस उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए हमें विद्यालय को ऐसे स्थान के रूप में विकसित करना होगा जहाँ विद्यार्थियों के ज्ञानार्जन के साथ-साथ सृजन,नवाचार और विविध कौशलों के विकास के लिए एक लचीला व प्रेरणात्मक वातावरण प्राप्त हो| इस दृष्टि से विद्यालय के भौतिक वातावरण की भी उपेक्षा नहीं की जा सकती| अतः विद्यालय परिसर का सौंदर्यीकरण भी आवश्यक है|एक अच्छे संवेगात्मक व भौतिक वातावरण में ही छात्र स्वानुशासनात्मक ढंग से आगे बढ़ते हुए ज्ञान के विविध क्षेत्र में बौद्धिक उच्चता को प्राप्त करेंगे और अपना मौलिक योगदान दे सकेंगे|

            वह स्वप्न तभी साकार होगा जब विद्यालय का हर सदस्य इस के लिए प्रयास करेगा|आज का छात्र तकनीक के युग मेँ जी रहा है और इससे न केवल प्रभावित है बल्कि भलीभाँति परिचित भी है| इस ज्ञान और प्रभाव को सकारात्मक दिशा मेँ मोड़ना तथा ज्ञानार्जन के क्षेत्र मेँ इसके सदुपयोग को सुनिश्चित करने का दायित्व अध्यापक वर्ग पर है|अध्यापक वर्ग को चाहिए कि तकनीक के प्रयोग से शिक्षण-अधिगम प्रक्रिया को उन्नत करते हुए छात्रों को नैतिक मूल्यों के प्रति निष्ठावान बनाएँ|वे ज्ञान के सैद्धान्तिक पक्ष तक सीमित न रहकर उसे अपने व्यवहार मेँ लाएँ और इस ज्ञान को अभिव्यक्त कर सकें| इस उद्देश्य की प्राप्ति मेँ अभिभावक व समाज का सहयोग भी अपेक्षित है|श्री आर.एच.शियाल
