Games and Sports play a vital role in the JNV’s to ensure all round development of students. They learn to respect authority and rules, time management and also the split of competition .Sports also increases self –esteem, mental alertness and reduces self and anxiety .Talented students are identified at an early stage and are given special coaching to excel in their fields. Every year, they are given the opportunity to prove their skills in the school level, cluster level, Regional level and National level. Further the chance to take part in school Games Federation of India (SGFI).
