The effective management of a residential school depends upon the quality of functioning of the House system. A House consists of group of children effectively led by responsible teacher (House Master) who acts as a parent, guide, philosopher and friend for every member of the House. A House inherently provides a family atmosphere in making the child physically fit, socially adjusted, emotionally balanced, and morally upright.

LIBRARY ACTIVITIES: Library is the treasure of knowledge and hub of all academic activities of the Vidyalaya and the Librarian plays a vital role in mobilizing the library resources for the benefit of the students and staff. It is essential in teaching and learning for all. It provides information and ideas that are fundamental to function successfully. It helps in equipping students with life-long learning skills enabling them to live as responsible citizens. It offers learning services, books and resources that enable effective users of information in all formats & media. The Library collection must include attractive information books on various subjects, Multimedia resources, Databases, Electronic periodicals and Quality Internet sites.

Laboratory activities have a distinctive and central role in the chemistry curriculum as a means of making sense of the natural world. For many years chemistry educators have suggested that many benefits accrue from engaging students in the science laboratory. The wide written array of literature illustrates that, the laboratory provides a unique mode of instruction, learning, and assessment. It gives a practical experience in chemistry education. The theoretical discussion followed in the class is reinstated by a more practical part that deals with various approaches in the chemistry laboratory

Experimentation substantiates all scientific knowledge and understanding. Laboratories are wonderful venues for teaching and learning science. They helps the students to think, discuss and solve the real problems in physics. It brings clarity in the mind of the students regarding the basic concept of the subject. It also helps a student in improvising their approach towards the subject. Freedom to do research in the school laboratories within the scope of their own capabilities would not only allow the children to develop the passion in science but also aspire for career in science.

The dining hall should be a wonderful place that appeals to the students. The surroundings, as well as the meals, should encourage students to feel happy, healthy, and comfortable in that space.
