PM SHRI School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was started according to the new education policy of Government of India for the benefits of the rural talented children, economic poor as a part of this our Vidyalaya was established in 1989 at Ramchandra Ghat. There are approximately 30.13 acres of land.
The school is a residential and co-educational in nature school. At present there are 510 students (including 09 staff wards) along with 26 brilliant teachers, 17 efficient non-teaching staff members.
We have classes from VI to XII. Both the science and humanities streams are available in class XI and XII.
For smooth functioning of the school, students have been allotted different houses under the care of House Masters/ Mistresses and Associates House Masters/ Mistresses.
