Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, PALAIR, KUSUMANCHI was inaugurated on 1987 in a temporary building in PALAIR. The First Principal of the school was JAGAN MOHAN RAO, The school was shifted to its present location on 1987. Till 1990 the school had mini migration from other JNVs. Science stream for class XII started in 1995-96 and also Commerce stream available. From thet day onwords the school has been achieving milestones not only in acadmics but in sports, CCA and Pace Setting activities. It has come forword as a leading organization and model school for the the whole district. Students from the school have been selected in IITs, Medical Collages(MBBS) and in Administrative services. Presently school is having science and Commerce stream at senior secondary level with total of total of 26 teachers and 20 other staff.
