Vidyalaya has separate hostels for boys and girls. These houses are divided in two groups Senior and Junior Houses. When a child admitted in the Vidyalaya and joins a House, he/she continue in the same House till he/she passes out from Vidyalaya. The following setup is made as per the guidelines of NVS.

Three Labs Physics, Chemistry and Biology are well equipped while maths lab and geography lab and junior science labs are also setup in Biology lab. Annually labs are sanction some amount for the procurement of equipment and other lab items. De-mineraliser plant is also installed in the lab.

Vidyalaya library plays a vital role for the development of holistic personality of students and a good resource for teachers. Vidyalaya has a rich collection of books including encyclopaedias, reference books, biographies of eminent personalities etc. For the effective functioning of Library and maximum uses, Vidyalaya follows the guidelines of NVS and conduct various activities throughout the session. Celebration of National Book Week, reader’s club activities, career guidance & sharing of library resources with neighbouring schools are some of the activities conducted by Vidyalaya.

To provides an opportunity to learn various skills of performing arts. The aim is to provide maximum exposure about Indian and Karnataka music, tradition and culture of our country. One Music room is setup where students learned folk songs, folk dance and playing various musical instruments.

"NCC, NSS, SCOUTS & GUIDES & JUNIOR RED CROSS" Vidyalaya has NCC, Scouts & Guides, NSS & Junior Redcorss Units. Regular activities are conducted for personality development and inculcate leadership quality in students. Various programmes like Cluster Level & Distt. level camps, social work & community service & adventure activities are conducted throughout the year.

Basic medical facilities are available under the supervision of staff nurse. One medical room in the academic block is functioning where first aid treatment given. Regular health check-up programmes are organising with the help of Primary Health Centre and Distt. Administration. To create healthy environment and awareness we started house medical club. Periodically water testing & regular food testing on daily basis are conduct. One R.O. System in dining area was also installed to provide fresh drinking water.

Dining facilities are available free of cost to all selected students and entitle teaching and non-teaching staff. At present one mess and two Dining Halls are functioning. Under the supervision of Principal, Vice Principal, Staff Nurse, House Masters all care has been taken to provide fresh and healthy food.

One computer lab is setup where multimedia computers are installed with LCD projector and internet connectivity. Periods are allotted for all classes, where FCSA gives regular training during academic transaction and during remedial and supervise study, selected students given opportunities to make class projects as well as online activities.

Enough play grounds for Volley Ball, Hand Ball, Basket Ball, Kho- Kho, Kabbadi, Football, Hockey, Athletics, Cricket, Badminton, Chess, Judo, Table Tennis etc. are developed for boys and girls. A separate Gymnasium is setup for various exercises.

To nurture the Artistic, Creative & Aesthetic sense of the students, one art room cum museum room is in the academic block. Besides regular class-room learning, students show their artistic skills by creating drawing, paintings, craft & other forms of visual art under the guidance of art teacher. Children also participate and contribute for philately activities, collection of coins, pottery and other things of archaeological importance from nearby villages and actual heritage of Chhattisgarh State.
