As per the guidelines provided  by NVS,  the committee is constituted at Vidyalaya level,to monitor the  cleanlness /programme like

1.adequate availability of water

2.Toilet hygine

3.General maintanance sanitation in School building,hostels,mess & dining hall ,residence of the  staff and the campus
