Chemistry lab in LCS is well equipped. All the necessary chemicals and reagents required for the activities, experiments etc are available. Teachers and students can make best use of the lab and do all the activities prescribed by NCERT syllabus.

This has broadened the scope of e-learning as it has given the teacher a tool to facilitate the students with a better content. A playing field is used for playing sports and games. Our playing ground is wide and well planned without any obstruction. A large playground with large dimensions is ideal for all games . Our school ground is well equipped with basket ball, volley ball and long jump pits. We also have other sports activities like aerobics, yoga, karate, and chess and students are well trained by professionals. Our school teams have represented matches in the cluster level, regional level and national level.

Where would children rest when they suddenly fall sick ? It’s the sick room. The sick room in LCS has got good facilities for the quick recovery of the children. It is equipped with two comfortable beds for the students to rest. It has a clean and calm environment ensuring the quick recovery of the sick students. Students are well attended.

The school library includes thousands of books to cater to the needs of growing children. New Books are added from time to time. Periodicals ,dailies and reference books are easily available. In Navodaya vidyalayas keeping in view the students health much needed nutritious food is provided that to with accurate timings. Students are coming to mess at proper time and quietly sit at their respective places and after prayer they start to take their food in a appreciable manner. The Vidyalaya mess is another region of great experience of happiness and contentment for the students and staff as a result of the quality food served in the mess at the dedicated service of the mess staff guided by a committed catering assistant. The mess menu is faithfully followed in accordance with the taste and nutritional requirements of the growing children. A mess committee is supervising over the quality and quantity of the mess menu by procuring the standard items and provisions of food articles for the mess from approved civil supply agencies of the government .

The school provides residential facilities for boys and girls on campus. Students are accommodated in 12 Dormitories. All the hostels are well appointed and have all the facilities that help the children live and grow in an environment that they can identify as their home. Trained staff members, including a housemistress and a housemaster, along with a whole range of support staff, are entrusted with the well being of the children and to ensure that the needs of our pupils are fully met. For our boarders, the hostel is also home and as such provides every facility for study, leisure and a flourishing sense of community, which can add so much to school days and later life

Well equipped lab with individual tables, electrical connections for every table and gas connections are provided. Also it is provided with models to make concepts in light and electricity for students to understand better.

The Vidyalaya developed a Museum Corner over the years, which is reflective of the style of living of the past generation. Pieces of historic and antique value are collected and displayed in the museum corner which gives an insight into the living styles of the past to the students. Things like antiques of the local area with various cultural backgrounds are made available for the museum corner. An exhibition of these items was organized during Heritage Club Inauguration.
