The 27th July, 2018  was the most auspicious day when the foundation stone of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kikarwala Rupa Distt:- Fazilka was laid down by Mr. Manpreet Singh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner Distt. Fazilka. The school is located at the Vill. Kikarwala Rupa, P.O. Jandwala Kharta Distt: Fazilka(Punjab). The school campus covers around 11.2 acres with lush green surrounded by crop fields, which provides a great environment to Vidyalaya. The longitude and latitude 74.096902, 30.356990 of the location of JNV Kikarwala Rupa, Distt. Fazilka are  and  respectively.

 The academic buildings including several classrooms are linked by a computer network. The widespread use of email and an intranet system shrinks the distances and keeps staff, students and administration in quick and easy contact with one another. District Fazilka is situated 12 Kms from the Vidyalaya. The girls and boys hostels are well maintained with all the basic neccessties like clean washrooms and availabilty of clean drinking water. The dining area is well mainatined with clean surroundings and arragement of clean drinking water. The staff quarters are located near to hostels. The Vidyalaya prides in its sophisticated infrastructure which provide the motivating environment to learning atmosphere.

17 जुलाई सबसे शुभ दिन था जब जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय, किकरवाला रुपा जिला:- फाज़िल्का का शिलान्यास श्री मनप्रीत सिंह, आई. ए. एस, उपायुक्त जिला:- फाज़िल्का द्वारा रखी गई थी। स्कूल किकरवाला रुपा, डाकघर, जंडवाला खरता, जिला:- फाज़िल्का (पंजाब) में स्थित है। विद्यालय परिसर 11.2 एकड़ में फैला है तथा विद्यालय के चारों ओर फैले हरे-भरे खेत विद्यालय को महान वातावरण प्रदान करते हैं। ज.न.वि फाज़िल्का के स्थान का देशांतर और अक्षांश क्रमशः 74.096902, 30.356990  है। कई कक्षाओं सहित शैक्षणिक भवन एक कंप्यूटर नेटवर्क से जुड़े हुए हैं। ईमेल और इंट्रानेट प्रणाली का व्यापक उपयोग दूरियों को कम करता है और कर्मचारियों, छात्रों और प्रशासन को एक दूसरे के साथ त्वरित और आसान संपर्क में रखता है। । जिला फाज़िल्का विद्यालय से 12 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। लड़कियों और लड़कों के छात्रावासों को सभी बुनियादी आवश्यकताओं जैसे स्वच्छ शौचालय और स्वच्छ पेयजल की उपलब्धता के साथ अच्छी तरह से बनाए रखा जाता है। भोजन क्षेत्र को स्वच्छ परिवेश और स्वच्छ पेयजल की व्यवस्था के साथ अच्छी तरह से व्यवस्थित किया गया है। स्टाफ क्वार्टर हॉस्टल के पास स्थित हैं। विद्यालय अपने परिष्कृत बुनियादी ढांचे पर गर्व करता है जो सीखने के माहौल को प्रेरक वातावरण प्रदान करता है।
