I appreciate all the Principals, Vice Principals and Incharge Principals for ensuring academic excellence, safety & security of the students, for best mess management and financial management. However, we should not be complacent
with our little achievements. We have to always aim high and set targets to surpass our counterparts and strive hard to make Patna Region the best one. We cannot achieve academic excellence just by living in water tight compartments.
We require the support of teaching staff, non-teaching staff, PTC, VMC, VAC and all the stakeholders.
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti is established to promote National Integration and to provide modern quality education to all the students. We have to strengthen our academics through digital academic transactions by using our Computers, Laptops and Tablets. Academic excellence is possible only when there is a good discipline in the vidyalaya and when good & nutritious food is provided to the students. Furthermost the children who join Navodaya Vidyalaya with a lot of aspiration and dreams is our responsibility to see that their dreams come true and further they contribute for growth and development the society.
It is also our responsibility to gear up the system by regular monitoring of academics, hostels, mess and other areas. As all of us know very well that "strong mind in a strong body". To achieve this our morning P.T and evening games are to be systematically conducted along with inter-house competitions.
All the Principals are empowered to install CCTV cameras as per NVS guidelines to monitor the activities of the students as well as outsiders who try to sneak out. Finally, we have to support, motivate & encourage our Group'D' staff to perform their duties efficiently so that we can have clean and green vidyalayas. At the same time we can safeguard the lives of the children.
