Dausa has been a proved beacon in providing good citizen to the society and above all good human beings with the help of a dedicated team of teaching and Non-teaching staff members who uses the supreme art to awaken joy among young learners in creative expression and knowledge . Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Kherli Dausa works on student centric approach which offers rewarding educational experiences to all who choose to focus on excellence. It addresses the contemporary needs of the learners by successfully creating a dynamic environment to trigger learning experiences and awakening the natural curiosity of the young minds and thereby facilitating the art of teaching. it aims at the commitments to nurture and equip young learners with the uncommon ability to becoome confident, sensitive, socially committed and to develop as an all round individuals.

As we all know that "Education is not of the learning of facts but the training of minds to think, so JNV Dausa works on student centric approach & lead them towards Excellence.
As a Principal of the school, I feel honoured & priveledged to be a part of an educational institution where every stakeholder is a learner and every day is an apportunity to learn and discover. I believe in upholding high standards with an absolute commitment to strive to understand and to improve the educational process using team strategies, while wholly centric an student achievements. During this pendemic of corona period. We changed our strategies and switch on to the online plateform of providing education & tried to connect each and every students. Our students have a tremendous opportunity to be appeared in the Exams held by Dakshana foundation & Niviriti foundation too and many of them got selected for the IIT institutions JNV Dausa provides education in such a manner that many of students got selected in IIT & NEET Exams without taking any coaching. This year we got 04 digital smart room by ONGC with the help of Alumini students for the welfare of our school students. I look forward to work as we help to create a school where parents are welcome at anytiime & students are engaged in meaningful learning and the staff members are valued and appreciated for their efforts.
