The main objective of the Samiti’s Migration Policy in the JNVs is to promote and imbibe National integration in society and upon the minds of learners to develop a stronger sense of nationalism and brotherhood. A major step in this direction is the scheme of migration executed for class IX students. Under this scheme the 30% students of Hindi Speaking area’s JNV is exchanged with Non Hindi Speaking area’s JNV. The students stay in the Exchanged Vidyalaya for one year and learn the local culture, language food habits ,their costumes and customs along with academics. concerned Vidyalaya.
Our Vidyalaya JNV Tuinom, Churachandpur is linked with JNV Gaya-II, Bihar under the Migration policy of the Samiti. But due to lack of proper accommodation and absence of Third language Teachers at our linked Vidyalaya (i.e.JNV Gaya-II, Bihar) we are unable to have migration since 2013-14 till date. However, once proper accommodation and facilities are available Migration will be continue.
