Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Malhar is a fully residential co-educational school fully financed and administered by Government of India through an autonomous organization Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The School was established in 1987. It is situated at Malhar at a distance of 28 K.M. from the District HQ. The school is set up in an area of 30 acres in which Academic Block, Hostel for Boys and Girls, Staff Residence, Guest House, Mess & Dining Hall, well equipped Computer, Physics, Chemistry & Bio Labs, MP Hall with 500 seating capacity, Playground, Library, Art & Music rooms and with 24 hrs. supply of water and electricity. This school has highly qualified and experienced teachers who enjoy themselves in their day to day routine of teaching learning. Presentations of e-lessons are done through computer in Samsung Smart Class and the learning is adopted through making teaching-learning more interactive, effective and interesting.
