A Navoday vidhyalaya samiti,sanctioned jnv sabarkantha district during the year 1992-93. First selection test for admission to 6 th class conducted in 1993 and school started in temporary accommodation with strength of 47 student's. The Vidyalaya shifted to the permanent building since then vidylaya has progressed in all spare of activities as on date it has emerged as full fledged educational institution having more than 487 student and 50 staff member. Mr. Pravind Krishnan is the present principal of this vidyalaya. JNV sabarkantha is divided into JNV Arvalli due to formation of new district Sabarkantha.
Vidyalaya is located in shaktinagar area of Dhansura Village of Arvalli Distt. of Gujarat in India and 83 Km. away from the ahmedabad station. It is 18 km. away from the Distt. Headquarter Modasa. This vidyalaya has permanent building in 27 Acres land and all basic facilities required for co-educational residential intitute. The climate of the dhansura is hot in summer and cool in winter. Modasa and Bayad are the main market city near to Dhansura.
