The 24th Feb., 1995 was the most auspicious day when the foundation stone of PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Araria, Bihar was laid down by Hon'ble Shri Laloo Prasad Yadav, the then Chief Minister of Bihar. The school campus covers around 30 acres of land. In 2004 PM Shri School JNV, Araria was shifted in permanent site. This Vidyalaya is now running on the permanent site having Class VI to XII. Science stream is running at +2 level.
