The National Navodaya Leadership Institute (NNLI), Noida established in 2002 and presently functioning in its new building located in the campus of NVS HQ Noida.

Effective training is an investment in the human resources of an organisation with both immediate and long range return. It is a learning process that involves the acquisition of knowledge, sharpening of skills, modifying attitudes and behaviours to enhance the performance of the employees. 

NNLI is not only offering quality training to teaching and non-teaching staff but also a guiding force to other Navodaya Leadership Institutes located at Goa, Udiapur, Rangareddy, Kamrup, Puri & Amritsar as well as sub centres of NLI. This institute is offering induction course for newly recruited Principals, subject specific content enrichment programme, system based workshops and periodical refresher courses. We offer professional development courses, based on the most current, scientifically validated research on child development, learning theory and pedagogy.

Besides the officers and departmental trained resource persons of NVS, this institute invites the best external resource persons i.e. Professors, Counsellors, Doctors, Educators, Scientist etc from prestigious institutions like NCERT, CBSE, Delhi University, IGNOU, NIOS, NIC, ICTRC, RK Mission, CSE, JNU, NTPC, Defence Training Institute, ISTM as well as experts of National fame to orient the trainees in important areas based on the theme of the training programme.

The sessions during training are thought provoking, interactive & experience sharing. Modern activity based methodology with use of ICT is the strong component of training. This institute is providing a platform for teachers, educational leaders and other non- teaching staff for enrichment of their knowledge, honing their skills, enhancement of their commitment & boosting their moral with best internal as well as external inputs.
