About JNV Uttarakannada
This Vidyalaya is started in the year 1987 in the temporary building at Shetigeri village of Anlkola Tq, then it was shifted to TCH diet College Kumata in the year 1990. This Vidyalaya shifted its permanent site constrcted at Panchavati, Malgi, Mundagod Tq, Uttarakannada Dist, Its total area of land is about 30.4 acres. This land was donated by Shri. Shreepad Hegade Kadave, The President of S.R.Kadave Trust Sirsi. This Vidyalaya is located on the State Highway between Hubli and Mangalore in the beautiful location of forest. The Vidyalaya is surronded by natural forest and back side there is a dam named as Dharma Dam. Infornt of school building on the either side of State Highway Vidyalaya play ground situated in the campus, academic block, separate boys and girls dormitories, staff quarters, kitchen and mess are present.
