Youth Parliament is a replica of Parliamentary system.  It is generally organized in the educational institutions to give a firsthand knowledge to our students about how the parliament works and what are the procedures followed in our parliament, how a bill is passed and become an act, how the question hours takes place etc.  The primary aims of Youth Parliament is to make students aware about the working ,the rules and regulations and parliamentary procedures.

          In such an effort JNV, Puri prepared a group of children to participate in the Regional Level Youth Parliament competition which was held at JNV, Cuttack in the month of August 2019.  Nearly about 45 nos of student of various classes like 8^th, 9^th, 10^th & 11^th had participated in this event.  They have taken different contemporary problems that the country was facing at that time. Raising prices of essential commodities like onion, safety system in educational institution etc.  They get a very good presentation there and encourage a lot by the judges.  This year also we are planning to organize Youth Parliament at school level.
