Being a premier institution of the district, JNV, Konark, envisages same pioneer activities and plays a vital roll by involving  students of local school and neighbouring villages in disseminating the modern school practices i.e. academic, social and cultural activities with help of pace setting and other related activities.  This vidyalaya usually undertakes the following activities to full fill its aim and objectives in the community:-

1. Distribution of teaching aids and study materials in the nearby schools.
2. Cleaning sea beach and other community area under Swachhata Mission.
3. Inviting students to participate our cultural programmes and other festive days when guest were eminent persons of the state.
4. And last but not the least, our students stand with the community at this time of need with this relief mental to the people of konark during FANI (Cyclonic Storm-2019)
