About JNV Mathura
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Paigaon, Mathura was inaugurated on 20.07.1988 in a temporary building in Paigaon. The First Principal of the school was Mr. B.N.Singh. The school was shifted to its present location on 16.10.1989. Till 1992 the school had mini migration from other JNVs. Science stream for class XII started in 1995-96 and Commerce in 1995-96. From thet day onwords the school has been achieving milestones not only in acadmics but in sports, CCA and Pace Setting activities. It has come forword as a leading organization and model school for the the whole district. Students from the school have been selected in IITs, Medical Collages(MBBS) and in Administrative services. Presently school is having science and Commercestream at senior secondary level with total of No. of Post Sanction 26 teaching staff and 19 Non-Teaching staff.
